Test dish washer machine reading 0ppm prime it and retest it is still reading 0ppm. Inspector checked the sanitizer gallon bucket and it was empty. Operator called owner and owner is on the way to put a new sanitizer bucket. Owner had to buy one because they doesn't have extra one on property. Owner is has change empty one with the new one.
