High Priority - Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing of wastewater at an unapproved location. Observed food truck with an approved commissary letter for 8225 103rd St. Per person in charge the wastewater is being dumped at nearby car wash on 103rd.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed large refrigeration unit blocking hand wash sink on food truck. Inspector was able to maneuver around unit to get hands washed. Refrigeration unit blocking hand wash sink is not on approved plans and is unable to move during time of inspection. **Warning**
