High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee delivered food outside of building to customer then entered kitchen and put on gloves and began handling food without washing hands. Manager stopped employee and had them wash their hands and change gloves. **Corrective Action Taken**

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Item on make station across from grill: ham (52F - Cold Holding). Manager stated item placed on line three hours prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved item to walk-in freezer to reduce temperature to 41F. **Corrective Action Taken**

Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Containers stored on shelf in dish area.

Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Light fixture in back of kitchen.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind three compartment sink.

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Manager closed lid. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Vents above broiler greasy. **Repeat Violation**
