Basic - Food stored in a prohibited area. Several refrigerators, freezers, and ice cream freezer full of food stored inside shed beside MFDV. Manager moved ice cream back into the MFDV and began moving food to freezers inside the approved kitchen during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**

Basic - Food stored on floor. Two containers of frying oil stored directly on floor in front of kitchen. Manager placed both containers of oil on a shelf during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle connected to utilities on more than a temporary basis. PVC drain pipe coming from inside MFDV down into the ground, leading to septic.
