High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook came out of walk in cooler, put gloves on, no hand wash. Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty. Other employee came from front counter, put gloves on, went to back of kitchen and put bagels in pan.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On counter by coffee machines -lactaid milk (56F - Cold Holding), operator discarded, stated it was on counter for 15 minutes. **Corrected On-Site**

Operator states that they ran out of sanitizer this morning, at 9:00, an employee went to another Dunkin to get sanitizer.
