Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling tile in warewashing area where leak is located damaged. Surface or tile is peeling.

Basic - Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor in the ware washing area/in front of the office and in the office. Manager had placed a bucket underneath the one leak in the warewashing area but was unaware of the leak in the office. Buckets are now placed under all leaks. The manager states that it is from the heavy rain, and the owner states that it is a new issue and that they are calling someone today to have the issue looked at. Employees are able to work around the leak. It is contained and not splashing on any equipment, food or food contact surfaces

Approved Thawing Methods Used

High Priority - Employee not following establishment's approved Alternative Operating Procedure for bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food. Employee after working the register touched food with bare hands, no hand wash or sanitizer. Discussed proper hand washing.
