Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed food storage containers stored wet nesting on dish washing room shelf.

Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water on floor under hand washing sink near oven.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single service cups in cardboard box stored on floor.

High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed dishwasher handle dirty dishes with gloves and proceed to handle clean dishes without removing gloves and washing hands. Dishwasher removed gloves and washed hands as well as rewashed the clean dishes. **Corrective Action Taken**

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed handwashing sink without hot running water. Manager turned on water to handwashing sink. **Corrected On-Site**
