Unit was operating at 40F at the time of the re-inspection. At the time of the re-inspection the front service flip top cooler was still not functioninig properly. All deli meats and other TCS foods had been moved into and additional cooler that was operating below 41F until the new unit has arrived. New unit has been ordered and is in route to be delivered the week of 6/17/2024. All food products have been iced down and with a temperature of below 41F unitl the new unit has arrived.
