Inspector notes: Observed evidence of rodent activity in the bread aisle one bag of bread was gnawed and observed light droppings on some shelving; observed small dark rodent droppings in cubby where helium tanks are stored as well as two deceased mice caught on a glue trap. Have your pest control operator focus on the bread aisle and in the cubby where the helium tanks are stored. Provide a new pest control report prior to the reinspection that has no activity and no captures. The pest control report from 2-19-2026 indicates they recommend fixing the exit door at the break room there is a gap in the top left of the door where daylight can be seen; and the door frame is crooked for the door leading out of the break room leaving a wide gap when the door is closed allowing for pest entry. Repair or replace the doors and door frames to prevent pest entry.
