All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspection adn placed into a refrigeration unit that was operating below 41F. Sliced onions and tomato's inside of the front service open air cooler with a slightly elevated temperature of 49F. Discontontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F.
