Observed rat traps and small corn like items along the walls in the basement and on the stairs leading down to the basement. Contact the licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. See if they can conduct a mass trapping have they checked in the false ceiling? Are there any structural issues that would need to be addressed? More frequent visits to remove all evidence of rats. The extermination report needs to be free and clean of any evidence of rodents/rats. Owner was able to provide 2 recent extermination reports. Please address all recommendations on the pest report.

Photos taken. The recommendations that are stated on the extermination report was addressed today during the re inspeciton. Ensure that these are taken care of before the next inspection. Contact exterminator to come out again and remove all rat droppings.
