Greg from ISD Enviromental stated that the pipe that is jetting out in the sump pump needs to be caped off. The other pipe on the left hand side of the door is broken. Repair or remove. See photo Contact a licensed plumber and provide an invoice. Ensure to pull a proper permit. At today's inspection- stagnant water is on the floor in the basement. Shewill took me outside and we observed rain water large puddle that is up against the building/foundation. Repair foundation to ensure no water gets in. Remove stagnant water.
