Inspector notes: Observed multiple rat droppings in the basement and in the kitchen area. Observed rat traps and small corn like items along the walls in the basement and on the stairs leading down to the basement. Contact the licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. See if they can conduct a mass trapping have they checked in the false ceiling? Are there any structural issues that would need to be addressed? More frequent visits to remove all evidence of rats. The extermination report needs to be free and clean of any evidence of rodents/rats. Owner was able to provide 2 recent extermination reports. Please address all recommendations on the pest report.
