Inspector notes: In basement found droppings behind walk in refrigerators around water heater and under the wooden white shelves. Please clean and let pest control know. Also multiple holes along the wall behind the walk ins and along the walls in the basment. 2-21-25 PIC has addressed the cleanng of the basement and has filled a lot of the holes and cracks. The last pest reports had no catches. Please stay on top of the cleaning and patching of any holes. As discussed I would like to come back in a few weeks to check out the reports. 3-14-25 At this time last reports stated four mice on traps. PIC has done a lot of work in the basement. He has filled all the holes and along the wall he has made a six inch wide and 2 inch hign cement pad up against the botton of the wall. It is paint white and the mice that he did catch was up in the kitchen by the laundry basket. He will have pest control come back out and do another inspection next week.
