Inspector notes: Cooked chicken inside of the upright hot holding unit at 115F. Discontinue and ensure all TCS foods are being maintaine at 135F and above. All other foods inside of the unit were at above 135F. Chicken to be reheated to 165F to ensure no bacterial growth.
