Inspector notes: Tomatoes 62.F Lettuce 65F Mushrooms 73F at 10:45 AM and marked for 3 PM. PIC stated they prepare and then place into refrigeration. Ensure cut produce at or below 41F before placing into TPHC to ensure temperatures do not elevated quickly (review procedures). PIC removed all 3 items and switched out with new produce that was at 41F or below. Recommended that they use the stainless steal containers instead of the plastic.
