Inspector notes: Cooked sausage patties and sliced deli cheese inside of the open air deli cooler with elevated temperatures between 56-60F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. Elevated temperatures could possibly be due to the foods sitting above the pinch lines inside of the unit. All other foods isnide of the unit were at below 41F.

Inspector notes: On 3/27/23 plumbing backed up out of drain onto floor in the back room which has warewashing ovens ice machine handsinks storage. PureFlo was called in for service. I spoke to Brett from PureFlo who stated the drain was snaked to unclog drain of toilet paper. Please provide plumbing report from PureFlo.

Establishment was operating with sewage water backing up into the ware washing/food prep/storage area. Per PIC no food prep was being done in the area at that time (3/27/23 at 4p.m) In the future please contact ISDhealth@boston.gov (617-635-5326) with any incidient that could pose an imminent health hazard. Please provide protocol for cleaning and saitizing for sewage back up emergency.
