Inspector notes: Live mice noted in the store at the time of the inspection Nesting material was noted under several endcap display shelving Provide pest control reports for the last 6 weeks from the licensed pest control company noting all actions being taken at the store to reduce pest activity 01/07/25 At the time of the reinspection I did not observe any live rodents- Pest control was on site and per the mployees they had been on site for 3 hours.It was noted that they were actively trapping during that time. Daily onsite visits are scheduled at the store by the pest control company. All reports shall be forwarded to the Health Department for review to verify that there is no pest activity.
