Inspector notes: 11-26-2025 upon reinspection the pest control report from 11-24-2025 states they were mouse droppings found in the restroom area and roaches captured in the kitchen; the health inspector observed small rodent droppings directly outside the restroom area. Continue to have your exterminator treat as many times as needed until a clean report is provided and clean and sanitize your restaurant of droppings. An adminstrative pre-hearing inspection will be held on the morning of December 10 if evidence of pests is observed on that morning or if a clean pest control report is not provided by then an administrative hearing will be held on the afternoon of December 10.
