Spoke to the exterminator on the phone and he stated that he batted around the area. The coffin freezer must be lifted or removed to clean/sanitize underneath and remove any dead rodents and mice droppings. PIC was able to provide reports from 11/27 and 12/10. Please address the recommendations on the report. Repairing a hole in the wall. Also clean the urine on the wall located next store.

Inspector notes: Evidence of rodent activity in the back hallway. At the time of the re inspection the owner was not able to provide a detailed IPM report but she was able to contact the licensed exterminator. I spoke to the exterminator and he stated that they found rat burrow in the basement. The exterminator stated he would send the report over and is scheduled to come back out on 10/ 24/24. Observed round green pellets in the store area and the owner stated she put that bait down. Owner removed all open bait at the time of the re inspection. 10/24/24- Exterminator has not emailed over the last inspection report. He is due to come back today. Owner tried calling him and no answer. Observed rodent droppings in the retail area on the floor and on the shelving the door leading in the bathroom area is being chewed by rodents. Observed rat dropping in the basement. Clean to remove all rat droppings. The owner was able to organize 50% of the basement. Clean and organize the other 50% and continue to store all items minium of 6 inches off the floor.
