At time of the inspection observed a non working refrigerator stored in the basement in the middle of the floor. PIC stated someone would be by to remove unit. Remove or repair refrigeration unit. 9/24/24- Owner was able to provide a quote from the trash company. At the time of re inspection the owner reached out to Republic and they stated that someone would be intouch within 48 hours to come out to the establishment. Recommended purchasing 1 or 2 receptacles. Observed refrigeration unit outside in the trash area PIC stated someone was coming to remove it. Remove broken refrigeration unit. Owner was able to provide me with the site cleanliness receipt 9/23/24. Please ensure all trash and any unnessary items are removed for the next inspection. 9/27/24- PIC called Republic at the time of the re inspection. The dumpster was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 9/25 and company canceled. They rescheduled for today 9/27/24 and canceled.
