Ziploc weather shield storage containers are not found to be food grade, as well as the containers from IKEA. Ensure that all foods stored and in contact with the containers they are stored in, that the containers be food grade material only. Observed bleach water sanitizing solution to be high in concentration. Ensure that solution is maintained between 50-100ppm.
Hand sink by register had not hand soap or paper towels. Foca is being used to wash liners where glasses are stored, in this sink. Ensure that hand sinks are only used for hand washing purposes. Hand sink in restroom is clogging up. Ensure to correct issue to allow proper water drainage.
Pot of beans was sitting on floor while employee filled pot with beans. Crate with tomatillos is sitting on bottom of refrigeration unit, where water is pooling. Observed red pails storing cloth towels with sanitizer being stored on floor. Ensure that items are stored 6 inches or more off floor, and that foods and containers of foods are not sitting in pooling water in units.
Observed employee pick up spilled bean from floor with bare hands, then wipe hands on apron. Hand washing was not conducted and continued about preparing. Ensure that hand washing is occuring each time a task is changed, and as frequently as needed.
