Provide paper towels at hand washing sink near fountain drinks.
Observed some canned food items that have "best by" dates from January 2025. Ensure to rotate canned foods that are no longer in sound condition for sales. Prepackaged deli sandwiches in reach in freezer were not in sound condition. Ensure to rotate properly.
Seal openings along light switch in back storage room. Seal and repair back wall behind mop sink, to ensure surfaces are sealed, smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent.
Sour belts at counter that have been repackaged should have labels showing name of store and address of store. Ice bags should also be properly labeled.
Ice machine interior must be cleaned thoroughly and completely to remove all buildup.
