ICE MACHINE MUST HAVE AN APPROVED MANNER OF CONVEYING SEWAGE AS PER 5-402.13 Conveying sewage. ESTABLISHMENT IS RECOMMENDED TO RETURN TO USE OF ICE IN COOLERS UNTIL ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED. ICE MACHINE MUST DISCARD INTO A PROPER DRAIN AND BE PROVIDED WITH AN AIR GAP.
