Ensure to repair small leaks are drain pipes of three compartment sink.
Ensure all hand sinks are readily available and easily accessible for both bakery and kitchen areas. Ensure hand sinks are supplied with hot water that reaches up to 100 degrees F.
Observed ware washing machine to not be sanitizing due to empty container of sanitizer. Issue was resolved on site. Ensure to check all containers have a sufficient amount of chemicals at all times.
Raw pork chops, and raw meats were being stored on top of bags of ready to eat foods (i.e. cheese). Ensure to store all raw products below and/or away from cooked and ready to eat foods.
