Ensure all spray bottles storing chemicals/cleaners, etc, have proper label with common name.
Observed hand sinks to have a hose connected, to have items stored in sinks, and to not be supplied with paper towels. Ensure all hand sinks have proper signage denoting sinks for only hand washing use. Ensure to have all sinks readily available at all times, and supplied with soap and paper towels.
Observed high presence of flies at this time, possibly due to open back door for beer delivery. Observed a dead fly on top of food package in walk in cooler. Ensure to monitor fly presence and if needed keep dooes shut or a entrance blower installed if needed.
Ensure to label flour, salt, sugar, etc with common name, if removed from original packaging.
Ice scoop is stored in a blue bin, but should have holes drilled in to ensure scoop is unable to sit in pooling water. Ensure to thoroughly clean ice machine to remove heavy pink and black buildup along edges along interior and sliding window pane. Ensure to clean out spickets of beer towers when needed.
