Observed rodent dropping in through out establishment. Manager informed pest control company has already been called to come before routine visits. Clean all droppings and seal any holes that are found. Cleaning of droppings to take place daily until issue is resolved. Deep clean be hind and under equipment.
Ensure all outer openings/doors are self closing and tight fitting.
