Observed there was no irreversible temperature indicator available to test the hot water sanitizing in the ware washing machine. PROVIDE FOR A MEANS OF TESTING THE SURFACE TEMPERATURE REACHED DURING THE SANITIZING STAGE. THESE CAN BE TEMPERATER DOTS ARE A THERMOMETER THAT IS WATER PROOF AND TAKES MAX TEMPERATURE MEASURED.
