Ice machine had pink and black buildup along interior panel where ice is dispensed into machine. Please ensure to clean and sanitize routinely to ensure buildup is removed as well as prevented.
Ice bags are packaged on site and are in customer self reach. Proper manufacturing labels were not visible on bags. Ensure to place proper labeling.
Observed hand sink next to ice machine to not have hot and cold water working. Only cold water was coming out when checked as faucets are reversed. Ensure that hand sinks are able to provide hot water, reaching up to 100 degrees F, within at least 20 seconds for proper hand washing.
Unable to verify if three compartment sink has hot water reaching up to 110 degrees F, at time of inspection, as sink is filled with miscellaneous items. Ensure that sink is maintained and used properly for ware washing only.
