Hand sink outside of restroom does not have hot water at this time. Water was run and hot water was unavailable. Ensure that hot water reaching up to 100 degrees F is available at hand sink within 20 seconds of use. Ensure that mop sink inside restroom has paper towel and soap dispenser removed and proper signage posted, to ensure customers do not use sink as hand sink.

Shelves made of wood in walk in cooler should be painted to prevent mold growth from condensation. Surfaces should be smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent.

Observed openings and holes in ceiling tiles, walls behind soda shelves, along walls where piping is installed, as well as along ceiling tiles where electrical wiring is installed. Ensure that all openings are properly sealed.

Manufacturing labels on ice bags, that are bagged on site, were not placed on bags. Employee placed labels on string of bags prior to end of inspection. Ensure that if bags are available for customer self service, that they have proper labeling at all times.

Observed many canned and boxed food items to have use by and best by dates from 2020-2024. Ensure that all food items are in good condition. Cans observed to have layer of dust, as well as mushroom cans were inflated. Ensure foods are in sound condition if out for sale to customer. Food items were removed and discarded.

Ice machine interior panel had buildup along panel. ensure that interior of ice machine is routinely cleaned to remove as well as prevent buidup

Observed beverage packs sitting on floor. Ensure all beverages and food items are stored 6 inches or more off the floor at all times. Crates were going to be used to have vendor place sodas on top.
