Ware washing machine was dispensing a very high concentration of sanitizer, above the 100ppm mark. Machine was cycled twice after first check and was then reading at 100ppm. Manager will call Auto-Chlor to check on machine. Please ensure sanitizer concentration is maintained between 50-100ppm.
Ensure to maintain interior of plate warmer, to be clean and free of loose debris.
