Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Observed spicy Italian sausages stored in green cooler with no ice at 45 degrees. Directed owner to place ice inside cooler with these sausages and other hotdogs to maintain safe cold holding temperatures. Furthermore informed owner that ice should always be packed in cooler with these items even if some of the items were frozen and thawing.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.02(3)(a) When I began the inspection I went to wash my hands. There was no water at the hand sink. When questioned the owner stated he didn't have it set up yet, however he was already serving customers. Corrected: owner left the cart and went to acquire water for the handwashing sink tank.
