Inspector notes: Observed bag of chicken tenders in prepline cooler in closed plastic bag. Tenders have been cooling for 30 min, still tempimg at 110 F. I asked opertor to unseal bag and use ice bath to properly cool tenders to 70 F in under 2 hrs.
