Inspector notes: There are multiple plastic containers with tight fitting lids of cooked chicken in a delfield reach in cooler at 66f to 80f. The pic stated they were cooked about 2 hours ago. They were placed on a counter under a fan to cool before placing them into the reach in cooler about an hour ago. The pic removed the cooked chicken from the large plastic containers and placed them in thin zip locks bags and pressed them till they are about 1 inch thick. She then placed them in the reach in freezers to rapidly cool. All bags were below 70f by the 2 hour mark. She stated they usually cool on sheet pans, but the prep employee was in a hurry and did not follow the proper cooling methods.

Inspector notes: There are boxes of single use cups and Togo containers stored on the floor in the storage room near the women's restroom.
