Inspector notes: Observed dish machine, in use, not dispensing sanitzer after than >3attempts. Corrective Action: discussed proper cleaning/sanitizing of food contact surfaces and worked with Person in charge to troubleshoot machine, switched out sanitizer bottle and primed, ran twice more and machine registering at 100ppm chlorine. *This is a repeat violation. Warning letter will be sent and a risk control plan (RCP) will be delivered to assist with future compliance. If violation occurs on next inspection, revocation of permit may occur.
