Inspector notes: Employee touched orange rind for drink with no gloves or utensil as inspector was walking up for inspection. Inspector spoke with employee and employee promptly corrected. Employee discarded rinds, washed hands, and used tongs to add orange rind to drink. Spoke to PIC regarding barehand contact.
