Inspector notes: Due to the numerous critical violations observed during the routine inspection, it has been determined that the PIC does not have active managerial control or adequate knowledge of food handling and safety practices. A notice that expires at 4pm tomorrow has been issued for the hot water. A follow-up is required within 10 days to observe the changes and corrections to the critical violations recorded here. The PIC will be sent resource documents that review proper food handling, and the 2026 schedule for food handlers classes will be sent to PIC for they and their staff to attend.
