Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.04(1) Single-use sytrofoam and plastic sauce containers without handles being used as scoops. Single-use grocery bags with red ink lettering storing tortillas in the hotwell. Salt & Pepper stored in single use cracked styrofoam cups. Apron being used to catch cheese from slicer. All corrected by replacing with proper scoops with handles that can be washed-rinse-sanitized. Ziploc bags now being used.
