Inspector notes: Several tcs foods out of temperature. Owners stated they were getting ready to close, however front was still open and customers waiting for food. They usually close at 8 pm per owner, however owner stated they had run out of food and needed to close. Discussed hot holding of food at 135°F until all customers have been served. Owner was giving away smoked and fried chicken to church, the other foods were thrown away.

Inspector notes: Owner set up 3 comp sink to wash, sanitize, and rinse with chlorine reading of 200 ppm. Owner set up 3 comp sink to wash, rinse, and santize with a final reading of chlorine 100 ppm. Dish washing sign was posted above 3 comp sink.
