Inspector notes: observed personal medicine stored with food items in the prep cooler 2 in the prep area. CA: discussed with Person in charge about properly storing medication away from food item and prep areas.

Inspector notes: observed employee used the 3 compartment sink to wash hands. CA: employee was educated about using the handwashing sink to wash hands instead of using the 3 compartment sink.
