Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(1) Observed 10 lbs of par cooked chicken cooling improperly in fridge and stored in cardboard box previously used to store and ship boneless, skinless, chicken butterfly breast with rib meat. Corrected: food was embargoed and discarded during inspection. Explained to owner that this is not an acceptable food contact storage box.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)4. Observed par cooked chicken cooling in fridge at 59 degrees. This was cooked around 10:30 or 11:30 a.m. and cooled on prep table until 30 minutes ago when it was placed in the fridge. Corrected: food was embargoed and discarded.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.05(4)(c) Overflow pipe for grease pan beneath wok at grill appears to be draining into floor drains. Explained that this is not the proper method of disposing of used grease as draining this grease into the floor drains can cause them to fail and overflow into the kitchen or stop up the city sewer line.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.05(2)(c)2. Toilet in women's restroom is out of order. It is covered with plastic that is extremely dirty. It appears to have mold growing on plastic. Per customers complaint the restaurant lobby smells like sewage.
