Medium Risk

The Pell Helmway has only two inspections on file, a thin record to work from. The newest entry in the record is dated Oct 29, 2025. Diners should read medium risk as a signal that some issues exist but aren't extreme.

Recent inspections have turned up more issues than earlier ones, averaging around five violations lately compared to roughly zero violations before.

That's lower than the typical Middletown restaurant, which scores around 80. Taken together, the history looks like that of a busy facility working through the usual inspection cycle.
