Inspector notes: The Kitchen was observed to be lacking a hand-washing sink. Per the PIC, the hand sink at the the bar is used by the kitchen staff. The hand-washing sink at the bar is not conveniently located and/or readily accessible to the kitchen staff. Hand-washing sinks must be located to allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and ware-washing areas.
