Inspector notes: Beans were received at 115 degrees, diced chicken was received at 133. Beans were sent back to mother kitchen to be reheated. Inspector contacted mother kitchen to discuss new procedures to ensure all food gets delivered above 135. Mother kitchen stated hot plate put in Cambro's has not been getting used. In the future, mother kitchen will use hot plate inside of Cambro's to ensure food gets delivered at adequate temperature.
