Inspector notes: Taco beef observed with temperatures of 117 degrees F at the Cambro hot hold unit. Receiving temperature was log at 127 degrees F. As the food was delivered in less than 1 hour food items were place at the Cambro. Food items were delivery from Lincoln High School Food arrived at the establishment around 11am. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD (TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD) that is cooked to a temperature and received hot shall be at a temperature of (135°F) or above. Establishment shall be rejecting the food any time when temperature is abuse.
