Inspector notes: Whole milk, almond milk, cream, and hotdogs was observed held at 44-47 degrees Fahrenheit. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. All items that were held out of temperature for an unknown amount of time were voluntarily disposed of at the time of inspection. Units were adjusted to colder settings at the time of inspection. No TCS foods to be stored in units until foods are able to maintain an internal temperature of 41 DF or less.
