According to the manufacturer's use directions, the concentration of the quaternary ammonium must be 200-400 ppm. Establishment needs to adjust the amount of sanatizer being used to sanitize in the 3 bay sink. Establishment was also lacking test trips to test the sanatizer. Establishment shall purchase test strips for quaternary sanatizer. 3 bay sink procedure poster was provided at time of inspection.
