Inspector notes: The ice cream prep unit was dripping/leaking inside of prep unit leading to a water build up. Ambient temperature slowly dropped to 43 degrees. Unit to be serviced. PIC stated that they would turn off unit at the end of the day to defrost unit if unit is iced over. Establishment to store TCS foods in other refrigeration units.
