Inspector notes: At the time of inspection, a large, covered plastic container of tomato sauce that was prepped/cooked previous day was observed at 52 degrees Fahrenheit in refrigeration. The tomato sauce was not cooled properly to 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below within the total of 6 hours from previous day. Tomato Sauce was voluntarily disposed of at the time of inspection.
