Inspector notes: Ambient temperature of the left side of the walk-in cooler (dairy section) was observed held at 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Milk observed with a temperature of 42 degrees F. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. The right side of the walk-in cooler (near the door) observed at 41 degrees F. One of the condenser fans on the left side observed not operating. Service call placed. Dairy products were moved to the right side of the walk-in cooler. No TCS foods are to be stored on the left side of the walk-in cooler until it is maintaining a consistent temperature at/below 41 degrees F.
